Property Network of Australia is seeking a Branch Manager – Strata Management to lead the operations of a well-established property services group across its Cairns and Port Douglas branches.
This leadership role is focused on developing a high-performing strata team, driving operational excellence, and enhancing client engagement. With no individual portfolio to manage, the Branch Manager will have the autonomy to focus entirely on people leadership, business growth, and service quality.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead a high-performing strata management team, fostering a values-driven and collaborative culture.
- Oversee daily operations across two offices, meeting service and growth targets within budget.
- Act as a key escalation point for complex client and portfolio issues.
- Drive staff development, performance reviews, training, and succession planning.
- Attract, onboard, and retain top talent while promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have :
- 3+ years of leadership experience in strata, property, legal, insurance, or related professional services.
- Previous experience as a strata managing agent with sound legislative knowledge (preferred).
- Strong financial literacy and ability to manage budgets and interpret reports.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, with the ability to manage business systems.
