Ventia is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to join our Justice Contract at the Operations Centre based in Canning Vale . This is a Full Time , Permanent position with flexible work from home options as well as flexible start and finish times .

This position involves delivering end-to-end finance services for the contract, including accurate reporting, forecasting, budgeting, payroll, accounts, and month-end consolidation for the Court Security and Custodial Services (CS&CS) contract.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyse project performance, overheads, and forecasts
• Compare actual costs to budgeted costs to identify variances
• Deliver quarterly reforecasts and project margin analysis
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the business
• Conduct ad hoc financial modelling and strategic analysis
• Oversee payroll processing across the full pay–cost–bill cycle
• Manage accounts payable, including PO creation (SAP / Ariba), vendor management, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliant purchasing and maintain PO accuracy through timely resolution and goods receipting
