Our client is a well known successful law firm based in Perth. This firm prides themselves in having over 50 years of experience, providing expert advice and an outstanding service to each client. A new opportunity has opened for an experienced Personal Assistant / Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis.
The RoleWe are looking for an experienced, motivated and client focused individual to assist three Directors and one Solicitor.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
Dictaphone and copy typingFile management - opening of new files, maintaining records, filing of legal documentsDrafting correspondence and documentation preparation, editing and formattingCoordinating travel and scheduling meetings together with general diary managementExtensive client and key stakeholder liaisonWitness documents, scan, copy and bindConducting searches and enquiriesPreparing and managing the monthly billing processRelief receptionOther ad hoc support duties as requiredAbout YouBe exceptionally organised and be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Have excellent attention to detail.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Able to work autonomously, proactively and with a motivated nature.Have a strong client service ethic.Be proficient in Microsoft Office.Experience with Filepro is beneficial but not essentialBenefitsIn return you will benefit from :
