- About the role
Our B2B Marketing team is responsible for extending brand reach, increasing market share with brokers, vendor partners and legal referrers by creating compelling and engaging content and initiatives that sets the standard to promote Plenti's lending products.
As the Marketing Manager, you will work alongside another Marketing Manager and Marketing Associate, reporting to the Head of Marketing. The broader team contains digital and content experts able to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.
The work you will deliver is aimed at business partners who recommend our lending products - Brokers (auto and personal lending) Energy Retailers and Installers (home batteries and solar) and Family Lawyers (Legal finance relating to divorce).
This is a fixed contract role, covering parental leave for a period of 9-12months.
- Responsibilities
- Propose and lead outcome focused B2B marketing campaigns leading the end-to-end implementation across a range of delivery channels.- Foster positive relationships with key Sales Lead stakeholders and their teams to better deliver and prioritise work. Create and manage thorough Go To Market plans for new product and partnership launches ensuring project requirements and timelines are met.
- Develop a regular reporting framework and cadence with Sales leads and direct reporting to the executive team.
- Contribute to the development of a broader marketing team, projects and initiatives to ensure our deliverables across the board live up to Plenti Values.
- Knowledge and skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar strategic campaign management role, either B2B or direct to consumer.
- Ability to proactively problem-solve, managing competing priorities, escalating risks and roadblocks, to ensure timely resolution of tasks.
- Confidence in articulating strategic recommendations and performance strategies to key stakeholders
- Demonstrated abilities in project management, to ensure reliable delivery of concurrent campaigns across multiple channels.
- Possess strong technical abilities of marketing platforms - ActiveCampaign or similar (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io) HTML coding experience preferred to adjust existing templates. Adobe Suite experience preferred but not essential
