The RoleA rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, driven and passionate Sales Consultant to join our talented South Australian team within the Completed Homes division. Reporting to the SA Ready Built Manager, you will be working within a small driven team, but you will be the first point of contact for our clients and facilitating the sales of Henley's completed homes.
Key Responsibilities will include :
Consulting with clients, determining their needs and providing relevant and accurate sales information regarding our completed homes and following the sales procedures outlined by HenleyGenerating leads through database management and by following up customersAssist with open homes and private inspectionsActively demonstrating service excellence by providing outstanding service to our clients and being actively engagedSales management from initial enquiry all the way through to settlementCommunicating professionally with internal and external customers with a focus on maintaining and improving relationshipsMaintaining and growing the relationships with our valued land development partnersBeing our community representative within our various projectsMaintaining all continuing professional development or relevant industry qualificationsAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following attributes :
