This is a newly created role for an experienced Team Leader to support the HRIS Manager and assist with managing a team of 7 dynamic HRIS specialists. Located in Prahran and a 5minute walk from St Kilda Road, this is a fantastic opportunity to further your career and work with a large employer.

This role entails,

To be successful, you will have proven experience in a similar Senior HRIS Systems Analyst role and will have proven substantial experience supporting SAP and / or Success Factors. You will have led and mentored a team previously. You will have excellent numeracy skills and an ability to analyse high volumes of data, combined with advanced Excel skills. _Most importantly you will be passionate about what you do and systems and are looking for an opportunity to further your career with a dynamic organisation._
