You'll manage a team of skin-enthusiastic professionals, leading a team of all levels, from graduate to senior Therapists and Cosmetic Medical Professionals.

• ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive the operational excellence of the clinic and lead day-to-day retail disciplines (end of day, stocktake, roster optimisation etc)
• Continually assess the performance of each treatment category within the clinic
• Plan and manage staffing requirements of the business to ensure adequate coverage and labour productivity
• Lead the team to deliver on our Customer Value Proposition (CVP)
• Ensure that marketing promotions and campaigns are executed in clinic
• Manage the timely submission and accuracy of all financial areas of the business including payroll, time and attendance and invoice payments
• ABOUT YOU
• A strong background in retail, sales, people management and leadership
• A background in retail, hair and beauty or service industries is highly regarded
• Proven capability to motivate staff to achieve KPI targets
• Ability to work in a very high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong brand alignment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture
• High computer literacy
• Business Qualifications desirable
