Job descriptionAbout Ninja Parc The Role Key Accountabilities Achieve Ninja Parc Fyshwick financial targets Uphold safe work practices Uphold high standards in all areas Develop all Ninja Parc Fyshwick team members Develop and implement local area marketing plans What we are looking for (Essential) Experience in leading a team of people Experience in staff rostering and recruitment Proven track record of achieving financial and / or operational targets Proven track record of upholding high standards Willingness to learn and grow within the company Proactive attitude in all areas Working with children check Current first aid and CPR Current drivers license National Police Check Desirable Experience in play centre operations Experience in sports centre operations Experience in cafe operations Experience working with younger staff members Management certification / qualification Experience in ninja or obstacle sports Experience in financial management

We are looking for an up and coming people leader to coach, inspire and lead the team at The Parc Indoor activity Centre!
Ninja Parc is an indoor play centre with a difference! Focused on making physical activity fun and accessible for all ages.
Responsible for the management of Ninja Parc Fyshwick's operational and financial success.
We are committed to providing a child safe environment. Please refer to our child safety framework. Successful applicants will be required to obtain a national police check and a Working with Children check.
