Our client is an established but ever evolving Organization who are looking for a Contracts Manager who builds and fosters lasting relationships, is adaptable in finding solutions and a driver in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships across internal and external stakeholders.
The main deliverables for this role will be to oversee all new and existing contracts, form and maintain commercial arrangements, maintain quality contract documentation and liaise with Executives with pinpoint accuracy.
The RoleYour key responsibilities will include :
Maintaining a concise record of all contract documentation including subcontractsOverseeing all aspects of operational and financial performance of corporate contract agreementsManaging all Contracts in an effective and profitable mannerLead contractual interactions with suppliers whilst optimising commercial and financial outcomes from existing contractsIdentifying commercial gaps within the corporate contract portfolio, proposing and leading remediation activities that deliver an optimal outcomeLeading regular formal supplier performance reviews with key suppliers to ensure performance metrics are being met and penalties applied and managed accordingly.Providing advisory services across Corporate Finance and Technology as it relates to sourcing, contract management and supplier performance management, ensuring adherence to guidelinesCompiling and presenting key reporting to relevant stakeholdersDeveloping and maintaining ongoing positive relationships with key suppliers through effective supplier management practicesEffective management of contract administration processes including change management, trends, claims processes and disputes.Ensuring compliance to corporate processes and standards as it relates to contract negotiations and ongoing contract performance.About youTo be successful in this role you will be someone who has experience in contract management and an excellent negotiator. You will be effective at building and fostering genuine ongoing relationships and your attention to detail never lets you down. Your commercial acumen will be evident through your prior experience. You are organized and get excited about establishing an ordered contracts management system. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
