Under the direction of the Manager, Training Services Team, you will :
Provide effective and efficient administration support for the delivery of OQO training programs by assisting with :the implementation of the Team's work program and training calendarresponding to training enquirescoordination of team resourcesmaintaining the teams on-line web content.Develop and maintain administrative procedures, databases and systems to support the team's workflows.Facilitate initial communication for the team by responding to telephone enquiries, taking detailed messages, relaying messages to the relevant team member and recording in the Office's record keeping system.Prepare information and documentation for loading onto the Office website and intranetLiaise effectively with other teams within the Office and other external agencies to facilitate the delivery of training services.Organise travel, accommodation and cateringContribute to the effective operation of OQO's reception including meet, greet and provide information to visitors, direct inquiries and accept deliveries.
You will be expected towork collaboratively with other team members, participate in meetings and training programs, and actively monitor, review and assist with improvements to policy, procedure, process and administrative practice across the OQO and stakeholder agenciesadhere to the OQO Code of Conduct and values; workplace health and safety legislation; confidentiality policies; all other relevant policies, directives and legislationmeet personal performance expectations and standardsundertake other duties as directed by relevant senior officers.Are you the right person for the job?
