With a strong focus on positive behaviour support, they work closely with participants, their families and the broader professional health support team to develop tailored solutions that promote independence, social inclusion and quality of life.The have a strong focus on Specialist Behavioural Intervention Support (which includes intensive interventions to address significantly harmful or persistent behaviours) and Behaviour Management Plans (behaviour support plans and training in strategies).The Exciting Opportunity : As the Team Lead in Positive Behaviour Support, you will be responsible for leading a team of experienced behaviour support practitioners to deliver high-quality, person-centred service that empowers people living with difference.

If you have already received your Proficient Level Behaviour Support Endorsement, then we would love to speak with you.You will be responsible for : Manage and coordinate a team of Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to clients.Develop and oversee the implementation of client-specific behaviour support plans that promote positive behaviours and enhance quality of life.Provide expert guidance, coaching and mentoring to team members to build their skills and capabilities.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including allied health professionals, to develop and review client support strategies.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards.Contribute to the continuous improvement of behaviour support services.Support a small case load in order to remain 'in touch' with the service and requirements.Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to your team.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour support strategies and make necessary adjustments.Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with organizational and NDIS guidelines.Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic client care.What you can expect in return : Work for a leading organisation where client care is put above reaching KPIs and billable hours.$115k-$120k + super.Bonus incentives worth approx.

10k extra a year.Excellent training and support for you.Hybrid working arrangements to avoid burn-out.Mobile phone and laptop.Novated leasing options.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Employee wellbeing programs and initiatives.Selection Criteria : Tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, occupational therapy or a related allied health discipline.Extensive experience (minimum 2 years) in providing positive behaviour support to people with complex needs.Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement practical behaviour support strategies.Thorough understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards governing positive behaviour support.Registered with NDIS as a PBS practitioner as a proficient level or above.Current Driver's License.Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or challenging behaviours.Please send your resume directly by clicking 'apply now' to Tanzela Azam - Senior Associate Director / Healthcare or call 0499 822 846 or email
