    • We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Team Leader to oversee our client's wellbeing and ensure seamless operations. You will collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to understand client needs, make informed decisions, and manage care concerns for optimal outcomes. You will independently address client requirements, maintain communication with your SDM, and foster positive relationships with the client, team, and stakeholders. Furthermore, your role involves supervising and leading staff, optimising rostering, addressing conflicts, and supporting team development. With a keen eye for compliance, you will uphold documentation standards, follow up on incidents, and contribute to service improvements while openly communicating with the SDM for consistent Service Delivery.

    • Qualifications
    • Certificate III in Individual Support or higher relevant qualification (or equivalent relevant experience)
    • Accreditations
    • First aid and CPR certificates
    • Blue Card
    • Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check
    • Experience
    • Two years working in disability or healthcare sector
    • Leadership experience desirable, but training will be provided
    • Skills and Knowledge
    • Proficiency with various mobile devices and technology
    • Competence in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to learn rostering and reporting apps
    • Strong verbal communication skills, including coaching and providing performance feedback
    • Written communication ability to write and review concise and accurate client reports
    • Analytical skills including budget monitoring, strategic goal planning, and individual service development and implementation
    • Strong organisational skills for staff rostering, shift task arrangement, appointments, and client paperwork
    • Effective time management to ensure timely service delivery by the team
    • Proven ability to build professional relationships, display resilience in challenging situations, and lead by example
    • Initiative to work independently, provide direction, and report to managers
