• What We're Looking For
• Qualified Pilates Instructor in Mat & Reformer at minimum. Studio Certified is preferrable but not essential, and Barre skills a great bonus
• An empathetic and caring nature, with a true desire to support and connect with our members
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative, positive environment offering open communication
• Someone who is open to ongoing coaching and feedback, values personal growth, and is excited to share knowledge and experience with fellow team members through collaborative workshops and learning sessions
• Strong communication skills with a professional, warm demeanor toward members, the team and management
