The role involves managing the day-to-day administration for the company. This position would suit a self-motivated person with a keen interest in sales and a can do attitude.
The company manufactures RF antennas for a diverse range of industries including public safety; transportation; utilities; defence; Machine-to-Machine (M2M), Automation, and end-user consumer market.
- Principal Responsibilities
- Order processing, including invoicing and purchasing of local stock on our SAP system
- Overlooking all drop-shipment orders
- Receiving and dispatching stock
- Stock management for a small warehouse
- Issue customers with quotations, price lists, lead time requirements, new product information and other marketing collateral.
- Day-to-day management of approximately 40-50 existing customers in Australia / New Zealand
- Assisting the VP with maintenance and facilities - various tasks including booking contractors, arranging supplies, keeping maintenance records and diarising works
- Completion of internal administrative roles including facilities management and H&S
- Assisting with data management and data entry as required
- Liaison with the UK and Singaporean teams on the freight paperwork and couriers
- Credit control
- Performing basic marketing activities for the subsidiary
- Working closely with other teams in the business to fulfil customer requirements
- Assist management in any ad-hoc duties as required
- Qualifications and Experience
- Experience of managing customer accounts in the Business-to-Business (B2B) market both over the phone and face to face
- Order processing and customer service experience desired
- Specific Knowledge & Skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- High standard of writing, communication, organisational and negotiation skills
- Personal Attributes
- Ability to work as part of a sales team in a SME
- Fluent English speaker
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with little supervision
- Not scared of some physical work (using pallet jack to move stock, lifting max 25kg box to be shipped out etc.)
- A can-do attitude
- Full clean driving license
- Must have the right to work in Australia
- Working Hours
Full time or part time, 9 Months contract with possibility of extension to 12 Months
- Remuneration
Annual Base Salary : AUD$55,500.00 (based on experience).
Travel & Subsistence expenses will be fully reimbursed.
