Our Sales Group is redefining the way we influence and lead consumer demand to deliver new means of competitive advantage and value generation. As the National Account Executive you will use your analytical skills to interpret data to support the wider sales group. In this role you will :

  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with customers that provides the opportunity to repeat and cross / up sell.
  • Collaboratively develop and implement medium to long-range sales plans ensuring they include strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with existing customer / s.
  • Build strong and collaborative working relationships with key internal stakeholders, providing necessary support and guidance as required.
  • Work closely with customers and key internal stakeholders to identify and resolve problems, ensuring customers receive a high level of customer service.
  • Analyse scan data to generate insights and opportunities within categories.
  • Create and implement customer retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts, using available insights and data.
  • Actively participate in category and range reviews.
  • Generate daily sales forecasts and budget reports that are interpreted and appropriately communicated.
  • Proactively identify product innovation, market gaps and marketing opportunities that provide solutions to enhance customer experience and grow market share.
  • Support National Business Manager to manage promotional plans and cascading these plans to State teams to ensure best in class execution
  • About you
  • To be successful in this role you will need :

  • A go getter attitude with strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Previous National Account Executive roles within an FMCG environment.
  • Experience working with and synthesising data from sources such as BI and CRM.
  • Self-motivation and passionate influencing capability building effective and sustainable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Unwavering resilience and confidence and commitment to vision and strategy.
  • Strong presentation, planning and organisational skills.
  • Intermediate - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
