    • About the company

    Our client is an international law firm based in Sydney . The firm prides themselves on excellence, collaboration, respect and trust as being the hallmarks of how they operate whilst having a friendly, approachable culture.

    About the role

    Working closely with the partners and with a team of junior lawyers to assist, you will be drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial transactions, across a range of industries.

    About you

  • Senior lawyer with demonstrated experience of at least 5 years PQE working on private and / or public M&A transactions;
  • A relevant Law Degree ; coupled with strong academics;
  • The ability to mentor junior lawyers;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences;
  • Good analytical skills and big picture / lateral thinking ability.
