Together we roll up and jump in wherever we're needed, for whatever reason.The OpportunityAn Account Director at M+C Agency is responsible for managing client projects from brief to completion, with financial accountability for those projects under their remit.A Snapshot Of What You'll DoOversees the delivery of multi-channel initiatives, spanning advertising, CRM, digital, content, and experiential, ensuring consistency and impactLead projects and oversees management of timelines, WIPs, job numbers and estimatesPartners with Operations and Production teams to allocate resources efficiently, balancing scope, timing, and budget constraintsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration across disciplinesDrive creative excellence by generating fresh, strategically sound ideas that push boundaries and challenge the status quoFacilitates productive discussions that translate client ambitions into actionable strategies and breakthrough creative workSupport to senior team members when requiredPlus much more!Your Ideal ExperiencePrevious experience working in an Account Director role from a creative or comms agency environmentKnowledge of Advertising : TV, radio, print production, sponsorships & other emerging media including digital; web, email, mobileProven experience managing integrated campaigns and communications projectsPassionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to deliveryExcellent written and verbal communication skills – a confident, credible presenterM+C Saatchi Group AmbitionAt M+C Saatchi Group, our ambition is to create and curate Cultural Power for our clients.
