• Project Supervisor
• to join the Terra Mining team.
• About The Position

We are seeking Supervisors with surface mining operation experience along with experience with bulk earthworks and the construction of tailings dams.

As part of our production team, you will be crucial in maintaining the safe operations of the crews while achieving project operational requirements and targets.

• What we are seeking

Project Supervisors who are motivated and values safety first in everything they do, including looking out for their teammates.

• 5 years experience in a supervisory / leadership role on mine site & earthworks projects
• Demonstrated team management and leadership ability
• Relevant Statutory Supervisor certification
• Previous experience with tailings dam construction & mine operations
• High level of communication and planning skills.
• A positive attitude to safety and teamwork

You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
