Head Barista

I'm excited to announce that Voodoo Coffee is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Head Barista! As the Head Barista, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers while serving up delicious coffee and other beverages. If you have a passion for coffee, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a strong work ethic, then we want to hear from you!

• Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the coffee bar, including preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organisation, and providing excellent customer service
• Train and supervise barista staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about our products and services and providing guidance and feedback as needed
• Develop and implement new menu items and promotions to drive sales and attract new customers
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order
• Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations
• Requirements
• 2+ years of experience working as a barista, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages, including brewing techniques, milk steaming, and latte art
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
