The Role :
- Managing properties (majority all brand new high rise properties!)
- Liaising with Landlords / owners
- Manage repairs and maintenance issues
- Rental arrears management
- Managing rent increases
- Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Administrator & leasing consultant for support
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
- NO leasing
- NO accounts and NO weekends
