  • Brand Specialist in our Brand Team.
  • The role will include :

  • Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of brand, video and content strategies.
  • Work with the Brand, and Media and Marketing teams to create compelling and engaging marketing campaigns, in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Translate content by storytelling, understanding the audience profiles within the client lifecycle to tailor and optimise content for increased engagement.
  • Deliver an approach that creates highly engaging content for defined target audiences that showcases our services, whilst advocating for people with disability.
  • Lead the implementation of brand advertising, research, product, and promotional activity.
  • Represent Brand and Marketing within cross-functional projects and deliver brand and strategic communication plans.
  • Contribute to the delivery of brand projects, events, campaigns, and marcomms channels.
  • Support junior team members through collaboration, mentoring and proofing work.
  • Manage contractors and agencies.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing dashboards and reports that inform performance across key brand health metrics.
  • What will you bring
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience specifically in brand management, content creation, copywriting, advertising campaigns, website, customer segmentation, planning and marketing research.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Communications.
  • Experience in the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Experience in
  • content development
  • with
  • strong copywriting skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer segmentation and how to position a brand, a service, and a marketing campaign.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices within a large organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading successful, engaged, and high performing teams.
