• Key Responsibilities
• Daily banking ensuring accurate processing and follow-up on outstanding items.
• Monthly processing of Scheme Management Fees and raising Credit Notes as needed.
• Assistance with monthly expense reconciliations for various accounts.
• Management of Fleet Vehicles, addressing reported issues promptly
• Support for internal and external audits.
• Accounts Payable / Receivable functions.
• Preparation and submission of monthly expenses.
• Assistance with ad hoc projects and tasks as directed.
• Skills and Experience Required
• Proven track record in administrative roles within the Financial Services sector or an accounting background.
• Excel mastery with robust technical expertise
• Effective communication prowess, both written and interpersonal
• Analytical thinker with adept problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organisational abilities, adept at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and adept handling of sensitive, confidential information
• Bachelor of Accounting / Finance degree (Highly regarded)
