Measurement You have sound resonation for cost versus and ability to reposition budgets to achieve outcomes Reporting This position has an operational report to key General Managers with a dotted line to Director owners Business Scale Across several brands, you will drive new business of $1B per annum, working collaboratively with senior sales executives Key Responsibilities Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy across a portfolio of sub-brands.
Build and mentor a growing marketing team focused on digital, branding, conversion, and lead generation.
Align marketing activities with sales, operations, and commercial priorities through close collaboration with senior leadership.
Establish frameworks, systems, and reporting tools to scale and optimize marketing efforts.
Lead project marketing initiatives across regions and business units.

What You'll Bring Proven senior marketing leadership experience in a multi-brand, consumer-facing environment (FMCG, digital, retail, or similar).
Strong command of operational marketing, performance metrics, funnel optimisation, and ROI-driven strategy.
