Leading the State Field Operations Management team, through understanding individual and team needs, harnessing collective strengths to drive the success of the business. Proactively coaching the team for performance and passionately instilling a 'One Team' approach and developing their leadership capability, to enable the implementation of the 'Perfect Store' program through field execution.
Collaborate with National Business Managers and the Shopper Marketing team to develop plans for channel coverage that optimises business growth through improved distribution and activation. Plan and prepare for all seasonal and major event activations, through ongoing engagement with Shopper Marketing and the Commercial Account teams.
Manage Lindt's third-party brokerage arrangements for SA, WA and TAS ensuring alignment with the Lindt field standards and needs of the Commercial Account teams.
Leveraging system capabilities and additional AI capability to automate planning and undertake data analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities in the way the Field plan and execute in-store availability.
