Business Analyst

We're seeking a Business Analyst to support the implementation of Dynamic Services by capturing and consolidating business requirements across a broad stakeholder network. You'll work closely with the Program Manager to coordinate workshops and facilitate clear communication between technical and business streams.

Key responsibilities include :

• Running workshops to capture detailed business requirements.
• Drafting, consolidating and refining requirements across multiple teams.
• Engaging stakeholders and managing feedback through to documentation.

What we're looking for :

To hit the ground running, you'll need a solid understanding of the energy market or distributed energy resources (DER) landscape - enough to hold your own in technical conversations and engage intelligently across internal teams and subject matter experts. Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills are essential.
