About the Opportunities :

As we focus on the current and future growth of our venue, we are expanding our management team to ensure we have the structure that our venue deserves. We are seeking an outstanding leaders to support our current Licensee in day-to-day operations.

As an energetic, passionate, and experienced manager, you will join our management team to drive and deliver exceptional customer experiences daily. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring the team while managing various operational aspects of beverage, gaming, entertainment, TAB, and Keno. You will be motivated to work hands-on, maintaining a presence on the floor and confidently supporting the Licensee with tasks such as roster management, reporting, compliance, and staff development. Your goal will be to create an environment where our staff are inspired to thrive and develop, positively impacting the venue.

• Key Requirements :
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, nights, and public holidays
• At least two years of experience as a Assistant Manager or Duty Manager in high-volume food and beverage or gaming operations
• Current NSW RSA / RCG and ARCG certifications
• Experience with Swiftpos and Deputy is advantageous
• Humble, down-to-earth, with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to use initiative
