The Role : We're looking for an experienced Tester to support a major contact centre uplift and digital transformation program within a secure Government environment. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and CX solution architects to ensure quality assurance is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
As part of this multi-stream program, you'll test end-to-end solutions supporting modern contact centre operations — spanning CRM integrations, telephony platforms, IVR workflows, and customer-facing services.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for contact centre platforms and integrations. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing across multiple environments. Coordinate and manage defect tracking and resolution with developers and vendors. Validate workflows involving telephony (IVR, CTI), CRMs, case management, and digital channels. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities. Contribute to test data preparation and environment readiness. Ensure traceability from requirements through to test execution and sign-off. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including technology vendors and support teams. What You'll Need : Demonstrated experience in testing within Federal Government environments. Familiarity with one or more contact centre platforms is ideal (e.g., NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Cisco Webex CC, Amazon Connect, Avaya). Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and defect lifecycle management. Experience in agile environments and working in cross-functional delivery teams. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple test cycles, and meet deadlines.
