Job descriptionUser Researcher to help build a better marketplace experience. About the role Collaborate with other researchers to conduct studies that help understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences to inform product and service design and development Plan and conduct user research studies using appropriate methods Analyse research data Collaborate with stakeholders and help create and maintain a user-centred design process Understand government procurement practices and work in an Agile team Ideally, you will have Qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience conducting user research Strong analytical skills A passion for user-centred design How to apply Reference : 1349972
