NSW Area Leader

to help drive our next chapter of success. With

10 thriving venues across Sydney

and more opening in the year ahead, we're looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader to oversee and elevate a growing portfolio of locations.

What You'll Do

Inspire and mentor

Venue Managers to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards.

Drive operational excellence

across your venues, ensuring each location meets KPIs and performance targets.

Take ownership of

recruitment, training, and performance management

to build and develop high-performing teams.

Manage P&Ls, labour, and COGs

to maximise profitability and ensure financial success across your portfolio.

Collaborate with marketing to develop

local initiatives

that connect with the community and enhance brand presence.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of proven

multi-site leadership experience

in the QSR or hospitality industry.

people-first leader

who thrives on coaching teams and creating a culture of growth.

Strong operational knowledge with a track record of managing

financials and driving results

A proactive problem-solver who thrives in balancing strategy with day-to-day operational challenges.
