Parks Administrative Support Officer

Band 4 - $69,514 - $73,081 yearly, plus 12% statutory superannuation

Wellington Shire Council is looking for an organised and enthusiasticperson to join our Natural Environment and Parks team as a full-time ParksAdministrative Support Officer.

Based at our Sale Depot, this permanent roleprovides important administrative support to help our team run smoothly eachday. You will also assist in ensuring we meet all health and safety(Occupational Health and Safety) requirements.

What you will do in this role :

• Maintain our records system to ensure it is alwaysup to date and compliant.
• Assist with managing Occupational Health and Safetychecks and audits.
• Act as the first point of contact for publicenquiries and follow up on customer requests.
• Build and maintain good relationships withcustomers, suppliers and contractors.
