Southern Cross Care QLD has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Catering Assistant / Relief Cook to join our SCCQ family at our Murgon Castra Residential Aged Care Home in Murgon. This role is permanent part-time, with a guaranteed 30 hours per fortnight.

About the role
Working as a permanent part-time Catering Assistant / Relief Cook at the home you will be assisting in the planning and preparation of nutritious and high-quality meals for our residents in accordance with the Food Safety Program requirements. Reporting to the Head Chef you will be working as part of a talented Hospitality team, to enhance the dining experience of our residents by sharing your culinary skills and championing our values to meet our mission of supporting people in their choice of health, wellbeing and lifestyle. Your role will contribute greatly to enhancing the lives of our residents by ensuring appetizing and nutritious meals are provided, promoting a positive and enjoyable dining experience for all.
