- Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records, including personnel files, contracts, and financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Handle vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement processes.
- Manage staff performance, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing ongoing feedback to ensure team success.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
- Support senior leadership with reports, presentations, and strategic planning.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in administrative management or a similar leadership role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and administrative software.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance regulations.
- Proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented mindset.
Pay : $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
