Director | Property Recruitment Specialist About the company Forum Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading integrated property group who are the developer, owner and manager of premium assets that attract corporate long-term customers. About the role Working in a collaborative team, you will work closely with the Asset Managers to drive and execute asset plans and strategies across your portfolio of newly developed industrial and logistics assets, with a key focus on customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include :

Ensure a high-level of customer service and satisfactionFinancial preparation, management and reportingManage accurate documentation such as registers, insurances and contractsEnsure tenants are compliant to their lease obligationsMaintain high level of occupancy, working closely with leasing on any vacanciesPrepare properties for lease and vacating, including tenancy fit-out coordination and make-goodsCollaborate with and oversee the facility managersAssist with valuing potential acquisitionsImplement and manage sustainability initiativesAbout you To ensure your success, this position requires :

Bachelor's degree is highly-regardedExperience managing commercial properties for an agency or ownerPassionate about providing exceptional customer relationshipsStrong financial acumen including budget preparation, management and reportingDesire to work in a team environmentDesired Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree is highly-regardedCommercial Property Management experience is essentialPassionate about providing exceptional customer relationshipsStrong financial acumen, including budget preparation, management and reportingPassionate about property with an interest in development and asset managementSystems and process-orientedDesire to work in a team environmentOur client provides the industry's best incentives and benefits, designed to support their employees, personally and professionally.
