Role Summary Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will oversee core financial planning activities, providing critical insights to the C-Suite, Marketing, and Corporate departments (including HR, Legal, Technology, and Finance) through detailed analysis and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a proactive problem solver, supporting the company's growth trajectory and transformation journey with precision and clarity.

Your Experience CA / CPA / ACCA qualified with experience in FP&A at a mid-senior level.Experience within the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors is essential.Strong proficiency in financial systems implementation and process optimisation.A knack for translating complex data into straightforward insights that inform decision-makingAdvanced Excel skills, along with experience using planning and BI tools such as TM1, Power BI, or similar platforms.Excellent communicator, capable of articulating financial concepts convincingly to non-experts.Proactive approach to continuous process improvements.What's on Offer This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading FMCG brand that values its people.
