Join us and make a meaningful difference to the lives of seniors.About the Role : We're seeking a passionate Clinical Governance and Improvement Specialist to join our team at Juniper, based at our central office in Balcatta, this full-time role reports to the Director of Clinical Governance and Improvement and plays a vital part in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered care across all Juniper services.You'll work closely with our operational teams to provide expert clinical guidance and leadership across our aged care settings.

Your focus will be on clinical governance, evidence-based practice, compliance, and continuous improvement – all aimed at enhancing outcomes for our residents and clients.You'll also support staff development, deliver training and mentoring, and participate in working groups or committees to champion quality and innovation.Key Responsibilities : Provide clinical advice and leadership across aged care servicesEnsure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS requirementsLead and support continuous improvement projects and clinical risk reviewsMentor, train and upskill care and clinical staffConduct audits, root cause analysis and support service excellenceCollaborate with key stakeholders and external regulatorsReport on trends, quality indicators, and action plansKey Requirements : Tertiary qualification in Nursing or Allied Health with a postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, Clinical Governance or Aged Care ManagementFull Current AHPRA registrationStrong knowledge of aged care standards, clinical best practice, and risk managementProven experience in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvementExperience with AN-ACC funding modelConfident in supporting staff and leading training initiativesPrevious leadership or advisory experience in aged careSound understanding of Home Care and Support at Home ProgramsMust be available to travel regionally and within metro WAWhy Juniper?Not-for-profit values with a real sense of purposeMake a difference to the lives of older Western AustraliansGreat salary packaging options to boost your take-home payOngoing professional development and supportCollaborative, inclusive team cultureWork in a role where your clinical knowledge can have a real impactHow to Apply : If you're passionate about improving clinical outcomes in aged care, we'd love to hear from you.
