Here, they are privy to a suite of services, including world-class concierge, deluxe business centres, tailor-made workspaces, and an opulent wellness offering. As we prepare to unveil this exciting new venture, we are seeking an exceptional Concierge to join our team to curate a seamless, truly remarkable customer experience.

  • What your day to day will look like (but not limited to!)
  • Concierge and Administration : _
  • You'll work in close collaboration with the clubhouse operations team, ensuring seamless and high-quality experiences for all. Your tasks will include managing bookings, tracking and distributing passes, and monitoring key information and accounts. You'll coordinate the arrivals of members, maintaining a clean and welcoming Concierge area and assisting with member programming as needed.
  • elcoming Presence : _
  • You'll be the first point of contact, radiating a warm, friendly, and professional attitude, intuitively catering to each guest's needs. You will coordinate the arrival process for guests, following check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring the Concierge area remains clean, clutter-free, and inviting.
  • Knowledge Bank and Community Engagement : _
  • You'll maintain a personal CRM on members via Hubspot and develop an extensive understanding of the local precinct (restaurants, retailers etc) to provide personalised recommendations and build partnerships. You'll use your knowledge to promote upcoming building events, encourage community engagement, and assist with tasks related to community engagement at our new clubhouse.
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Having worked in a 4 or 5-star hotel would be a significant advantage.
  • You genuinely enjoy managing client relationships and strive to infuse warmth into every interaction. Your interpersonal skills shine bright in every conversation.
  • The ability to maintain your poise in a fast-paced environment is a must. You can handle pressure with grace and continue to deliver gold standard service.
  • Your polished written and verbal communication skills ensure clarity and effective interactions.
  • Strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail are crucial.
  • You hold an outstanding and unrivalled knowledge of the local precinct.Your expertise extends to restaurant recommendations, hotel options, health services, and lifestyle amenities.
  • Additionally, your ability to forge partnerships with local businesses is vital to create offerings that can be shared with our tenants. You know how to leverage these partnerships to contribute to community engagement, such as promoting upcoming building events or charity fundraisers.
