Business Development Manager - Adelaide & SA Region

CELOTTI Workforce is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead client growth across South Australia . Based in Adelaide , you’ll be the key driver of new business and account management across a wide range of sectors including construction, civil, mining, transport, manufacturing, government, and defence.

This is a strategic opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a region, backed by a dedicated national recruitment delivery team.

About the Role :

This role is client-facing and commercially focused, with strong support from an experienced internal team. Our model separates sales, recruitment, and admin functions—allowing you to focus fully on relationship-building, client strategy, and business development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular on-site meetings
• Identify and secure new business across CELOTTI’s core industry sectors
• Build your local network through strategic lead generation, events, and referrals
• Collaborate with internal recruitment specialists to ensure quality service delivery
• Represent CELOTTI Workforce across Adelaide and regional SA (some travel required)

What We're Looking For :

Recruitment industry experience will be highly regarded but is not essential for the right candidate with transferable skills.
