Currently, we're in search of Disability Support Workers who have a range of experience including working with complex behaviours and non-verbal participants. As a valued member of our team, you'll receive support for your personal growth while aiding our clients with daily tasks and helping them achieve their goals.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in collaborating with individuals and their support network, providing assistance either in their homes. The work is diverse, rewarding, and engaging - from assisting with daily living routines to facilitating social outings or pursuing hobbies and interests.

  • What matters to us
  • Clear spoken English due to the complex care needed for non-verbal participant
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and provide exceptional support to clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and reliability to accommodate varying schedules and client needs.
  • Experience in the Disability sector working with children and young adults
  • Experience working with manual handling and tube feeding routines as well as personal care.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Possession of a current NDIS Worker Screening check and Blue Card
  • Valid Open Driver's License and vehicle available for transport
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
