Commercial Cleaning Supervisor / Lead Cleaner

We are currently seeking a hard-working full-time Lead Cleaner / Supervisor to join our team.

Must be an Australian Citizen

Have a National police clearance certificate within 1 month of issue

Have minimum 1-2 years previous commercial cleaning supervisor experience

Be fit, active and energetic

Supervisory experience in training and leading teams

Experience in cleaning operations of large facilities

Demonstrated experience in customer service and client focus

Sound understanding of WHS in the workplace

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels

Proven attention to detail when cleaning

Demonstrated proactive skills, flexible attitude to duties and hours and ability to think ahead, problem solve / find solutions

Strong organisational skills, self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

Work autonomously and as part of a team.

Have a base Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

Your duties will include, but are not limited to :

Provide staff supervision, training and mentoring onsite

Reporting directly to the CSM, action matters as required and in a timely professional manner

Communicate regularly and develop strong relationship with client at all levels

Carry out inspections as required throughout the site

Provide a high standard of all cleaning

Ensure budgets are managed in accordance with contract hours

Manage periodical cleaning activities across the sites

Manage the staffing rosters and ensure hours are recorded accurately

Be flexible and able to work evening rosters / weekends etc

Ensure compliance with all required legislation, company policies and procedures, HR responsibilities
