A natural communicator, with excellent administration and organisational skills, you are a multi-tasker who can prioritise and create effective and valued output while remaining calm under pressure. You will have gained wider "audit and controls" experience from either an accounting or legal background :

It is expected you will have the following experience;

Demonstrable experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance and is able to prove the ability to plan and deliver in ambiguous situations

Very strong risk and commercial acumen, dealing with other senior executives, both internal and external

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

People management experience that lead teams to achieve business outcomes and reach their full potential as individuals and as team members

Demonstrated ability to align objectives and initiatives with the organisation vision and values

Comprehensive understanding of Risk Management principles and practices

Tertiary qualifications in commerce / accountancy or related business discipline

Along with senior risk & governance management experience, you will bring strong capability with quality management systems and compliance and business continuity frameworks. Commitment to excellent customer service is second nature to you together with your extensive skills in organisational change, management support, communication, and training. Your strong leadership skills are complemented by your innate ability to build collaborative professional relationships and excellent stakeholder skills. You walk the talk when it comes to integrating values into your work day
