Country Manager - FX Payments

As a key leadership support within this boutique multi-entity financial services group with interests in foreign exchange, cross-border payments, JV's and financial data products, this role is responsible for coordinating across existing business units, ensuring operational and financial alignment, and acting as a central liaison point both internally and externally. The role involves strategic oversight, compliance assurance, and stakeholder engagement across all portfolio entities under the business umbrella.

Key Focus Areas for a 3-Day per Week Engagement

1. Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the central point for internal decision-making and manage escalation of issues from staff or suppliers across the portfolio companies.
• Facilitate collaboration between the Owner and internal teams, ensuring delegated initiatives are clearly communicated, aligned with strategic objectives, and delivered effectively.
• Provide regular performance and progress updates across business units, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
• Manage external inquiries and build productive relationships with commercial partners, customers, and service providers that impact Forex.Co's broader business ecosystem.
• Monitor and manage delegated projects and initiatives, flagging risks and roadblocks early while ensuring timely delivery.
• Establish clear workflows, timelines, and documentation to support efficient execution of responsibilities.
• Oversee financial performance across the group, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Track and analyze KPIs for each business unit, reporting insights and making recommendations to optimize outcomes.
• Drive strategic allocation of resources and investments in line with performance and long-term goals.
• Interpret financial reports to advise leadership on trends, risks, and overall business health.
