In this pivotal role, you will manage a complex clinical caseload while providing expert consultancy and advice to colleagues and management.

You will also play a key role in supervising and mentoring social work staff and students, contributing to professional development and fostering a culture of excellence across our Single Service, Multiple Site model.Beyond direct clinical work, you will lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient outcomes.
