Systems Support
Reporting to the Systems Support Team Leader, this role sits within a close-knot team who are passionate and focussed on delivering technical capabilities to our people and clients.
This role will see you assisting internal clients with first and second-level desktop issues, handle support calls, and manage tickets for positive outcomes. Additionally, you will ensure customer satisfaction by overseeing the ServiceNow queue, addressing issues directly or coordinating assistance internally. up with internal infrastructure staff and report back. Exciting opportunity to contribute to technical excellence!
First and foremost, you will Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience. You should demonstrate a broad understanding of desktop and system issues, along with ServiceNow skills.
Last but not least We value experience in supporting remote sites, strong customer service, initiative, motivation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure, including outside regular working hours to meet critical deadlines.
