About The Role
This rewarding role involves supporting vital municipal building services, working closely with applicants and industry partners, and providing valuable assistance to our ratepayers and the public.
Other Responsibilities Include
In this dynamic role, you will :
Assist with the assessment and processing of Report and Consent applications.Assist in the coordination and maintenance of Councils Swimming Pool Register.Review and respond to general enquiries and building related complaints.Assist senior team members with daily functions.
Your Skills And Experience
A relevant qualification in Building Surveying or other related discipline with eligibility to register as a building practitioner.Demonstrated experience working in building (Local Government would be highly advantageous).Highly developed analytical, oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in relevant software applications and digital tools used in building surveying.Excellent customer service sills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.Ability to manage priorities, work in a team and meet deadlines.
