We are building a field sales team from scratch! Having previously gone through a Distributor in Australia, our client is incredibly excited to be rolling out a new direct field team across Australia off the back of years of highly established business success across the World.
Key to the success of this launch is great people! With this in mind we are on the hunt for a passionate, energetic and high performing National Field Sales Manager to come into the business to lead, coach and develop the team of Territory Managers across the country. Picking up a team of team of 13 Territory Managers (currently) this role is ideal for someone with a passion for getting the best out of people.
Key responsibilitiesThe management, development and performance of the National field team across the Petrol & Convenience and Speciality channel (13 Territory Managers).Maximising effectiveness through analytics, planning and strategic execution.Formulate plans for execution by the national field force, and monitor their performance by Territory along with the results generated.Responsibility for the structure and capability required by the team and be responsible for the implementation of their plans along with the overall sales field function outputs and outcomes needed to be achieved.Managing budgets to achieve sales and promotional goalsManaging customer relationships across key brandsWhat you need to be successfulA passion for cool product and a love of working in a fast passed and agile teamExisting network and knowledge of the Petrol & Convenience channelProven success in a similar roleNatural ability to build strong relationships with trade personnelExcellent time managementConfident in presenting analytical market dataConfident and comfortable with negotiating and influencingBenefitsWorkplace environment and flexibilityPlay an integral role in executing their National expansionLong term progression opportunitiesAbout the companyFounded in the USA in mid 80's the business have fast become the global leader in toy world.
