M&A includes our processing, payments, claims, complaints, contact centre and financial advice teams, as well as the key support teams needed to manage the flow of customers.The "Home for Advice Professionals" is our bespoke employment value proposition to attract and retain advice talent in a competitive market.

This 12 month maximum term contract role supports this purpose by putting our advice into written format for presentation to our members.

The role can be based anywhere in Australia, with the requirement to be in the office 60% of time.We'll count on you to produce highly quality, accurate, compliant Statements of Advice in a timely manner.

You will need to use your professional judgement to critically evaluate the advice that is being proposed and suggest improvements to the advice where appropriate.

You will also meet set standards for quality, quantity and turnaround times.

The Statements of Advice that you write will distil complex ideas and strategies in a coherent and logical format to aid member understanding.You'll work closely with UniSuper's Private Client Advisers and Review Advisers who you will work with to provide quality advice that will improve the financial wellbeing of our members.

You will also work with other members of the Advice Operations team who support our advice offering.What capabilities will set you up for success : A strong knowledge of superannuation, taxation, social security, insurance, retirement planning and investmentsAdvanced written communication skillsAdvanced numerical, analytical and problem solving skillsExperience working with X-plan preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordKnowledge of ASIC, APRA and FPA compliance standardsWell-developed organisational skillsWhat experience and qualifications are desirable : RG 146 requiredADFS preferredA Finance related degree preferredPrevious experience completing Statements of AdviceIdeally 3 years' experience within the superannuation or financial planning industry in a paraplanning roleUniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
