• Skills and Experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills;
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting techniques;
• Sound technical knowledge to work in our dynamic team environment;
• Excellent time management skills and a focus on delivery; and
• Diploma or a Degree Qualification in IT.
• Required Technical Skills
• Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Operating Systems, desktops, laptops, printers and associated Standard Operating Environment (SOE) environments;
• Demonstrated experience with managing and supporting mobile devices in a corporate environment;
• Demonstrated experiencing managing and supporting Cisco Telephony and Audio-Visual equipment including the Webex App and Webex Room Devices; and
• Knowledge of ITIL best practice framework.
