We're searching for an experienced, reliable and customer focused driver to join our team at Hagen's and deliver products / goods from our production facility to our stores, stockists and customers across Melbourne, Monday-Friday.
The position is a full-time role and offers great stability and enjoyable work with early morning starts.
Key responsibilities includeAccurately, efficiently and safely loading goods as per invoices for delivery.Adhering to time and delivery route schedules; determining the best routes taking into consideration traffic congestion etc. and communicating and delays / issues with Dispatch as needed.Positively interact with our customers and clients, build relationships with them to provide any relevant information relating to their orders, including product / food knowledge and make their needs a priority.Complying with relevant road rules and safety requirements at all times.Ensuring the van is clean and presents our brand in the best possible light as well as bring to our attention any maintenance required on the vehicle.Who we're looking forIn addition, we're looking for someone with the following qualities and experience :
Valid Victorian Driver's LicensePrevious delivery experience driving vans / truckExtremely responsible, reliable and strong team playerPrevious experience in a customer facing role is also a bonusExcellent customer-service skills - loves interacting with peopleEnergetic and diligentWell-presentedMature and responsible approach to their workPositive attitudeStrong communicator and can build productive relationships with the wider Hagen's teamIf you tick the above boxes, we'd love to hear from you!
