What You'll Do :

• Be the trusted face of CI&T for your clients—driving value, insight, and results
• Lead full-lifecycle digital delivery : scope, plan, execute, monitor, and deliver
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and lead cross-functional teams to success
• Own and support critical Business Analyst responsibilities, including : gathering, documenting, and translating business needs into actionable tech specs, creating workflows, user stories, wireframes, and process diagrams and validating requirements and maintaining alignment across stakeholders and tech teams
• Align business goals with technical solutions—bridging communication between all parties
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery excellence
• Analyse data and feedback to uncover opportunities for continuous improvement
