We are looking for a competitive and self motivated Part Time Team Member to help customers identify and purchase products they desire.
The role will be a 3-4 day a week roster.
- Duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following
- Customer Service
- Greet and direct customers upon customer entry to the store.
- Maintain and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Ascertain customers' needs and wants. Recommend and display the correct information (product features, pricing, and after sales service).
- Manage point of sale area - ensuring customer service is maintained through the POS process.
- Ensure the store phone is answered promptly and professionally.
- Store & Product Processes
- Complete store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and outstanding store condition.
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Complete stocktakes when necessary
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Be actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
- Keep up to date with product information so customer service is fulfilled with the most correct and up to date features and benefits of all products.

- Propose innovative ideas to increase sales and shopping experience.
- Be a shining example of well behaviour, professionalism and high performance.
- Present yourself in a neat and tidy manner.
