Part Time Team Member

A destination for those who love quality homewares, unique furniture and luxury linen in every way possible.

We are looking for a competitive and self motivated Part Time Team Member to help customers identify and purchase products they desire.

The role will be a 3-4 day a week roster.

• Duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following
• Customer Service
• Greet and direct customers upon customer entry to the store.
• Maintain and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Ascertain customers' needs and wants. Recommend and display the correct information (product features, pricing, and after sales service).
• Manage point of sale area - ensuring customer service is maintained through the POS process.
• Ensure the store phone is answered promptly and professionally.
• Store & Product Processes
• Complete store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and outstanding store condition.
• Maintain a fully stocked store
• Complete stocktakes when necessary
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Be actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
• Keep up to date with product information so customer service is fulfilled with the most correct and up to date features and benefits of all products.

• Propose innovative ideas to increase sales and shopping experience.

• 24.29 - $36.44 per hour
